Benjamin Smith, Supersport, #88


Hometown: Glenmoore, PA 

Benjamin is the MotoAmerica 2017 KTM RC Cup Champion.  In 2018 he moved to the MotoAmerica Supersport class and He finished his rookie year in the Supersport class in 18th place.  

Caroline Olsen, Supersport, #43


Hometown: Halden, Norway

Caroline started her career in Norway in 2008.  In 2009 she won the Norwegian Rookie 600 Championship.  She continued to race in Norway until 2015 when she raced a partial season  in the MotoAmerica series finishing 6th in the 600 class.  In 2016 she completed her first full season in MotoAmerica finishing 13th.  She now has three MotoAmerica seasons under her belt and is ready to go for the 2019 season! 

Michael Gilbert, Stock 1000, #55


Hometown: Tustin, CA

By the time Michael was 12 years old he was conquering apexes, and at 17 made a successful debut in the MotoAmerica Superstock 600 Championship, earning podiums and victories in his rookie year.

In the years following, Michael went on to collect six MotoAmerica race wins and a large number of podium finishes, and only missing the 2017 MotoAmerica Superstock 600 Championship by a few points.

After being plagued with bad luck and technical gremlins during the 2018 season, Michael is hitting the reset button as he joins Team Norris Racing in 2019. Michael will contest the MotoAmerica Stock 1000 Championship aboard a Kawasaki ZX-10R, and with help of Team Norris, is looking to bring the title home.

Kelly Norris


Kelly  is the General Manager and owner of the team. His day job is in Executive level in the E-Commerce world! He makes sure we have what we need to be the best we can be.

Angie Norris


Angie is the Team Logistics and Hospitality Manager and Co-owner.  Angie's background is Executive level Human Resources.   Angie also makes sure the team get to where they are supposed to be when they are supposed to be there.  Angie can be reached at:

Jason Pridmore, Rider & Media Coach


Jason is a semi-retired professional motorcycle racer who turned pro in 1990.  His career spanned 22 years, during which he won 21 AMA national races.  In 2002 he was the AMA Formula Extreme Champion.  Jason was the 1997 AMA 750 Supersport Champion, and the 2003 and 2012 FIM Endurance World Champion.  Jason has gained notoriety for being one of the top riding coaches in the US through his JP43 Training Program.  Jason is also an expert analyst for BEIN Sports coverage of the MotoAmerica Series.
